In early 2025, the Hollywood Mash Club set up a 65 litre computer-controlled nano-brewery in the basement of the Hollywood-Subiaco Bowling Club.

 

We sell our beer to the bowling club who serve it to members at the club bar. 

 

We can make any style of beer but our aim is to make craft beers that club members really enjoy.

 

Our recipes - your beers - evolve in response to feedback from discerning drinking members.

Brewing process

Visit our nano-brewing facility.

Learn how we craft our beers from start to finish using our 3-vessel Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System (HERMS) with Raspberry Pi controller.

Join Mash Club

Learn the art of brewing from our talented brewers. Our Master Brewer is a certified Beer Judge and a national award-winning amateur brewer.  Our workshops cover everything from basic recipes to advanced techniques.

There's only one rule: first you must be a full or social member of the Hollywood Subiaco Bowling Club.
